Snow White and the
Seven Dwarfs
Every February a
pantomime is produced at Stephen Hill Methodist Church, Sheffield. This
year, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, directed by Naomi Albans, Helen Gill was
produced. The group are a semi-professional group, turning a small
pantomime into a real funny, warming, and joyful pantomime. Including a
kids song, the good old "Oh no your not!!!!" and "Its behind
you!!!!", and a big dance routine, and many songs during the show.
Each show is specially written to fit their ideas onto a very small stage.
This years Pantomime was written by Naomi Albans, Tom Albans, & Laura
Givens.
With cleaver scene changes from the stage crew, spectacular scenery can be seen,
taking us to many different areas of the show. Ie with Snow White - The
Queens Bedroom, The Great Hall, the Woods, and finally The Dwarfs House.
Finally, with the addition of a big lighting rig and sound rig, their pantomime
can be made as if the audience were really at a Theatre. Turning a small
church hall, with a small stage, adding around 50 lamps, and a very tall stack
off speakers, their Panto is turned into a real fun Panto.
